Anti-static Housing


This customer wanted to explore various design shape options. Following the selection of several 3D computer models, each was produced by Stereo-lithography and fit for comfort and appearance before making the final design selection.

Helmet Internals


We have extensive experience it the creation of rapid prototypes by many methods. The above example contains parts from polyurethane castings, prototype injectin molds, CNC machining, vacuum forming. Drilling fixtures were also produced by Stereo-lithography.

Nozzle Inserts


The development of these nozzle inserts were accomplished by a combination of injection molded nozzle blanks, and the CNC machining of critical surfaces. Following the development the same CNC models were utilized to produce first proof of concept single cavity injection mold tooling, and later multi-cavity tooling .

Electronics Enclosure


Pototypes of this electronice housing for a navigation system were produced from polyurethane castings with a steel rule die cut silicone rubber seal.
