Our roots

In forming Leading Armor Engineering, we are able to provide highly qualified experienced engineers and designers to our customers. Originally a sister company of Streamline Technology Group formed in 1993 in Ontario California, Armor Engineering was formed to focus on many customers need to outsource product development work during times of high demand, and to provide a pool of design experts in specialty engineering fields. Armor Engineering maintains its home offices in Stateline Nevada, with its California team home based in Ontario California. Where Streamline Technology Group was focused on the sale and support of cutting edge software solutions for industry, Armor Engineering provided the technical support and training for those sales, and maintains a pool of specialists in the application of those and other software tools. Armor Engineering provides on-site engineering support to Aerospace Customers like Northrop Grumman and Jet Propulsion Labs when needed, but most often handles projects in house, interfacing with the customers for frequent update meetings. Projects can be of any length requiring only an hour or two, to many months requiring a team of specialists. Our flexibility allows us to meet the need of a large variety of customers, large and small.

Our team will carry your concepts from "back of the envelope" to full production covering computer modeling, finite element structural analysis, injection molding simulation of plastics, transfer molding of rubbers, tool design and follow-up, tool proof out, assembly tool design and fabrication, and production refinements.
